Service area
Hourly hire is available in central London only
Your pickup, all stops and the place where you finish must be within our central London service area. The service does not cover the whole of Greater London.
Airport journeys, trips to the suburbs or other towns, and any travel outside the central area are not available on the hourly tariff. These journeys need to be booked as transfers, with a quote for the specific route.
A journey does not qualify for hourly hire simply because it starts in central London or takes only a few hours. For example, a car from a central London hotel to an airport is an airport transfer, not an as directed booking.
Unsure whether an address is covered? The quote system checks your pickup location. Please confirm the remaining stops before booking: an accepted pickup address does not extend the service beyond the central area.

Questions about hourly chauffeur hire
When planning a day with a private chauffeur, think about the time between appointments as well as the journey itself. A quick visit to a shop and a two-hour meeting need quite different allowances.
Share the timings that matter most, such as a restaurant reservation or the start of an event. An outline of the day helps us agree practical pickup times and a sensible order for your stops.
You do not need a finished itinerary to request an hourly quote. Start with your pickup and the hours you expect to need, then discuss the remaining details before confirming your booking.
What does an as directed chauffeur service mean?
You book a car and chauffeur for an agreed period, with stops arranged around your itinerary. Rather than treating every leg as a separate booking, the chauffeur stays assigned to your programme for the reserved hours. Our as directed service operates within central London.
How many hours can I book?
The form starts at 4 hours. You can reduce this to 3 hours or choose another available duration. Allow for both driving and time at your stops. For arrangements across several days, contact us for an individual quote.
Do I need to enter a drop-off address?
No drop-off address is required for the initial hourly quote. Enter your pickup location, date, start time and duration. Share the main stops and the intended finishing point before confirming, so we can agree the programme.
Will the chauffeur wait while I attend a meeting?
Yes, time at meetings, shops or restaurants can form part of your booked hire. Include these stops when choosing your duration. Agree the next collection point and time with your chauffeur, rather than assuming the car can remain directly outside every venue.
Can I extend the hire if my plans change?
Contact us as soon as you expect to need more time. An extension depends on chauffeur and vehicle availability, and the additional cost must be agreed. Extra hours are not automatically included in the original quote.
Can I arrange a chauffeur for several days?
Yes, we can discuss a multi-day programme of journeys within central London. Send us the dates, approximate daily hours, passenger numbers and main addresses. The schedule and price are agreed individually for your requirements.
