Privacy Policy
Last updated: 20 October 2026
This policy explains how Coruss Limited (CORUSS LTD) uses personal information when you visit London Airport Transfer, request a quotation, arrange a journey or contact us. It covers our website and the information provided in connection with our services.
1. Who is responsible for your information?
Coruss Limited is the controller of the personal information described in this policy. Our contact address is 7 Victoria Court, 4–6 High Street, London, TW8 0DT. For privacy questions, requests or complaints, email info@coruss.co.uk or write to this address.
We handle personal information under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018 and other applicable data protection rules.
2. Information we receive
- Bookings and quotations: your name, email address, telephone number, collection and destination addresses, stops, journey date and time, flight details, passenger and luggage requirements, vehicle choice, requested extras, meeting instructions and any notes you provide.
- Booking records: the quoted or agreed price, chosen payment method, booking status and correspondence, together with the time and version of the terms accepted when submitting a booking.
- Enquiries: your name, email address and message, your telephone number if provided, and the page, form context and language from which the enquiry was sent.
- Technical information: information needed to operate and protect the website, such as an IP address, browser information, security verification results and an identifier that links a browser to its booking session.
We receive this information from you, or from a person arranging travel on your behalf. If you book for another passenger, give them this policy and provide only the information needed for their journey. Please do not put payment card numbers, security codes or unnecessary sensitive information in the enquiry or booking notes.
Our booking form does not take an online card payment or collect card numbers or security codes. It records your selected payment method and the information needed to manage the booking.
3. Why we use information and our legal basis
- Quotations, bookings and journeys: to respond to your request, calculate a route, arrange collection, communicate with you and provide the service. Where you are our customer, this is necessary to take steps at your request before a contract or to perform that contract.
- Passengers and business contacts: where another person makes the booking, we use the necessary passenger and contact information for our legitimate interests in organising and providing the requested journey and communicating with those involved.
- Enquiries, service issues and security: to answer questions, investigate complaints, prevent abuse and keep the service reliable. These are our legitimate interests, taking account of your rights and reasonable expectations.
- Accounts and legal requirements: to keep records and meet applicable accounting, tax and other legal obligations. Information needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims may also be retained for our legitimate interests.
- Optional location access: if you choose the location button and allow your browser to share your position, we use those coordinates to help identify a collection address. You can refuse or withdraw browser permission and enter the address yourself.
For optional processing that relies on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time. A booking or enquiry is not consent to unrelated advertising. Any separate marketing activity must have its own lawful basis and the consent or opt-out arrangements required by law.
We need the contact and journey details requested as mandatory in the form to respond to or arrange your booking. Without them, we may be unable to provide the requested service. Optional fields may be left blank.
4. Who receives information?
Information is available to the people who need it to handle your enquiry or journey, including our booking team and the driver or transport provider assigned to the booking. We share the information needed for the relevant task, such as contact, collection, flight and meeting details.
We also use service providers for website hosting and support, email delivery, address and route services and security:
- Google Maps, Places and Routes: address searches, selected locations, route points and journey timing may be sent to Google to provide suggestions and calculate routes. If you use the location button, the permitted coordinates are sent to Google’s address service. Loading Google services can also disclose technical connection information.
- Cloudflare Turnstile: when an enquiry form uses this security check, verification information and an IP address are processed to help distinguish genuine requests from automated abuse.
- Website and email providers: these process the information needed to operate the website, store records and deliver booking or enquiry correspondence.
We may disclose relevant information to professional advisers, insurers or public authorities when necessary for legal obligations, disputes, fraud prevention or protection of rights. If the business is transferred, relevant records may be disclosed and transferred subject to applicable data protection requirements. External providers may also process information under their own privacy notices where they act as independent controllers.
5. International processing and security
Some external services operate internationally, so information may be processed outside the United Kingdom. Where UK rules restrict an international transfer, a permitted transfer arrangement is required, such as an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards. Contact us for information about the recipients, countries and safeguards relevant to your data, and how to obtain details of those safeguards.
We use appropriate measures to protect information and restrict access to those who need it. No internet connection or storage system is completely secure. Keep any booking reference or access details confidential and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.
6. How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, taking account of outstanding journeys, enquiries or complaints, accounting and tax obligations, legal claims and security requirements. Records of completed bookings and correspondence may need to be kept after the journey for these reasons.
Saved, unsubmitted booking drafts have a limited expiry period. Saving changes renews that period; after submission, the draft details are cleared from the draft record and the booking is kept as a separate record. The browser cookie used to link the session lasts up to 30 days; that does not set the retention period for a completed booking.
You can ask us about the retention period or criteria applying to your information, or request deletion where the law gives you that right. Deleting a cookie does not delete records already held by us.
7. Your rights and complaints
Depending on the circumstances and legal basis, you may request access to your information, correction, erasure, restriction of processing or a portable copy of information you provided. You may also withdraw consent without affecting processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
Right to object: you may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. You may object to the use of your information for direct marketing at any time.
Send requests or privacy complaints to info@coruss.co.uk. We may need information to verify your identity. Requests are normally free; a reasonable fee or refusal is possible only where the law permits it. We respond within the applicable legal time limit and explain any lawful extension or restriction.
You may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK data protection regulator: Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire, SK9 5AF; telephone 0303 123 1113.
8. Cookies, other websites and updates
Our Cookie Policy explains the booking cookie, external services and browser controls. Other websites have their own privacy policies; read them when following an external link or using a separate service.
We will publish changes to this policy on this page with an updated date. Our Terms and Conditions explain the conditions of the transfer service.
