About us
London Airport Transfer is a family business with people personally involved in every part of the work. We drive, meet and see off passengers ourselves, with care that continues beyond the booking confirmation.
Years of experience. A personal approach.
Our journey began in 2009. Since then, we have met passengers from different countries and cultures, welcomed many families and built lasting relationships with customers who return to us for their travel.
It means a great deal when someone comes back: first for an airport transfer, then with family or colleagues, and later to trust us with meeting or seeing off their child. Individual journeys gradually become long-standing relationships.

Drivers we know personally
We don’t just organise journeys. We drive them.
We do not run everything solely from an office. We personally transport passengers, meet and see off children at airports and take part in the day-to-day work. Our understanding comes from being there, not just reading reports.
That is why the small details matter to us: a clear meeting point, a calm conversation after a long flight, help with luggage and thoughtful attention to a family entrusting their child to our care.
Our own vehicles. People we trust.
We have our own fleet. When additional drivers with their own vehicles are needed, we work only with people we know personally.
Our approach is not simply to accept a request and pass it to an unfamiliar provider. We want to know who will meet the passenger, which vehicle will be used and what needs to be agreed in advance.
