The driver will  wait for you with a sign in the arrival hall “Arrivals”. The nameplate will indicate your name or last name.

We track all our customers flights, and will do everything possible that the driver would come earlier to the airport.

Unfortunately no. This is a violation of the law, orders can only be taken by an official licensed operator. Contact us and we will gladly reserve a car for you.

If this is wasn’t specified in the order, there will not be an child seat. But do not worry, by the law,  all licensed Taxis or Chauffeurs can  carry any child without special seats.

Not all of our drivers have a terminal in they car. If this was not agreed before your booking, but the driver will have a terminal, he will be able to accept payment by card adding 3% commission.

When the driver will be assigned, you will receive a TEXT message with drivers name, make and model of the vehicle. Also when he will be on his way and will arrive at the pick up point.
