Basic rules for the provision of services by Company [hereinafter the carrier] is ready to provide services to passengers with placing your order on the internet and paid in accordance with these Terms and Conditions [hereinafter (rules)]
ATTENTION! Before make your order, be sure to read these rules of our company for the provision of services.

Waiting time:
*the cost of the trip from the airport includes 1 hour of waiting after the plane landed time. Every next 10 minutes: standard class car – 5 Pounds, prestige class car – 6 Pounds, minivan car – 7.50 Pounds, luxury class car – 8 Pounds;
*the cost of the trip from the station includes 15 minutes waiting after train arrival at the platform. Every next 10 minutes: standard class car – 5 Pounds, prestige class car – 6 Pounds, minivan car – 7.50 Pounds, luxury class car – 8 Pounds;
*the cost of travel from the port includes parking and 15 minutes waiting after the agreed time with the operator. Every next 10 minutes: standard class car – 5 Pounds, prestige class car – 6 Pounds, minivan car – 7.50 Pounds, luxury class car – 8 Pounds.

Conditions of order placement:
Terms of order placement:
* not less than 4 hours prior vehicle delivery for transfer from airport to London surroundings and throughout;
*not less than 4 hours prior the beginning of the trip for the transfer to an airport from London;
* not less than 6 hours prior the beginning of the trip for the transfer to an airport from London from 10 till 50 miles from M25;
*not less than 6 hours prior the beginning of the trip for the transfer to an airport from London from 50 miles from M25 to London borders and its surroundings.

Procedure of order placement:
The following information should be provided for order acceptance:
*Name and surname of the passenger, contact phone number that will be available in the territory of Great Britain;
*Travel Date;
*Time (specify the time of arrival of the airplane, if an order for transfer from the airport);
*Pick-up place and destination place;
*Flight number (if an order for transfer from the airport);
*Number of passengers;
*Number of luggage;
*Specify if child seat is needed. Important note! Taxi and minicabs Children under 3 years can travel without a child’s car seat belt, but only in the rear of the vehicle.

Cost of services and payment
Billing (calculation of the cost for the trip is made in Pounds (GBP) including VAT. When ordering, the Passenger should familiarize with tariffs for services listed on the site – http://coruss.london/. The Company has the right to change rates without prior notification of the Passenger. New tariffs come into force from the moment of their placement on the Company`s website.
Payment is accepted only in cash directly to the driver in his hands. If the Passenger require other types of payment then the Passenger should consult with the operator.
Payment by credit or debit card in the car or online, PayPal is charged additional 3.5% of the amount of the transaction for bank commission.
The fact of the provided service is made by receipt for services provided from the operator.
In case of additional services, the Passenger will be asked to make an additional payment according to the rates of the services on the basis of service receipt.
The cost of each transfer to the airport includes free waiting time up to 10 minutes (from the time specified in the order). In case of excess free time for waiting, the Passenger needs to make an additional payment. Every 10 minutes: standard class car – 5 Pounds, prestige class car – 6 Pounds, minivan car – 7.50 Pounds, luxury class car – 8 Pounds.
The cost of any transfer from the airport includes 1 hour of free waiting (from the airplane landing time). In case of excess free time for waiting, the Passenger needs to make an additional payment. Every 10 minutes: standard class car – 5 Pounds, prestige class car – 6 Pounds, minivan car – 7.50 Pounds, luxury class car – 8 Pounds.

Bookings change or cancellation and penalties for untimely cancellation.
The Client have the right to make changes in his order of time and pick-up address in case of the following conditions fulfillment:
*not less than 4 hours prior the beginning of the trip for the transfer to an airport from London;
* not less than 4 hours prior the beginning of the trip for the transfer from an airport to London surroundings;
*not less than 4 hours prior the beginning of the trip for the transfer to an airport from London surroundings;
*not less than 6 hours prior the beginning of the trip for the transfer to an airport from London surroundings from 50 miles from M25 to London surroundings borders.
The sum of the cost of parking and additional services shall not be refunded.
If the Client cancel the order the following payment conditions should be kept:
*100% non refundable amount of the order cost in case less than 4 hours cancelation of the transfer from or to the airport;
* In case of late cancelation the order is considered to be executed and closed as completed for the amount of the fine cost;
The authorized Company`s employee can offer the Client to pay for the fine by one of the following ways:
*by cash or credit card directly after the order cancellation;
*by transferring the fine amount by credit card in personal account (in process) of the Client at the Company`s website within 3 working days after the services provision;
*by paying the fine in cash or credit card to a driver in a car within 3 working days after the services provision;
Non-paid fine after the order cancellation is added to the Client`s account, changing an interconnect balance to the negative side.
The Client will not be able to book another order until the debts are paid.
The debts from the Client`s side should be paid in 3 Bank days. If the debts are not paid after that term, the Company has a right to apply for fine recovery in accordance with the legislation of England and Wales.

The order fulfilment:
*Before the order the Client/Passenger receive a text message to the number indicated in the order about a car arrival;
*For orders with the start not at the airport – the state registration number of the arrived car to perform the order.
*For orders with the start at the airport – the fact that a driver is in the waiting “Arrivals” hall 30-40 minutes after the plane landing time at that airport.
*A driver shall meet passengers at the airport with a board with the name of the passenger, indicated in the booking order. The driver drives at the airport 25 minutes after the plane landing time. If the passenger is going via business class and has a quick pass, the Client is obliged to notify the Company for the driver arrive to the airport directly on the time indicated in the order.
*The air climate control device in the car is switched on (off and regulated) upon the request of the passenger;
*During the trip the passenger and the driver can open windows in the car only by mutual consent;
*Switching on or switching off the radio or audio player is made upon the request from the passenger as well as the choice of radio programs;
*During the trip, the life and health of passengers, located inside the vehicle shall be insured against accidents related to road accident and the driver’s vehicle shall be insured civil liability for damages caused by an accident of life, health or property of third parties.
*In the provision of services on transportation of passengers by car, the driver is obliged to comply with the traffic rules, approved by UK police. While driving the passenger should be fastened by seat belt, not to take any actions that threaten the safety of the driver and the road traffic and keep the order.
*If a driver needs to make a stop, he can do it before warned the passenger about his intention to make a stop.
*All the Company`s car are non-smoking. The Client can make a request for a stop only at the allowed to stop place. Thus providing the possibility for the Passenger to smoke outside the car. At the same time, the trip includes the stops for smoking / toilet (maximum parking time for 10 minutes, then extra time is calculated as additional time for additional payment according to the rules. Every 10 minutes: standard class car – 5 Pounds, prestige class car – 6 Pounds, minivan car – 7.50 Pounds, luxury class car – 8 Pounds.
Parking on paid car parks in and around London while performing an order the Company shall agree the additional cost of these services with the Client.
At the end of the trip, the Company “CORUSS LTD” provide a filled form “service receipt”, corresponding to the relevant British Standards, and shall send it to the indicated in the order email address.
All the disputes between passengers and the driver can be solved by the Company`s manager within the limits of the latter authority.

The feedback about provided services
To leave a feedback the Passenger need provide information about his order (date, time, number of the order, pick up address, name and surname of the passenger, flight number). The Company will provide a feedback according to the received order in 2 Bank days:

The Company reserves the right to discontinue service or refuse to the Passenger for the service providing of the rules above.
