A standard transfer confirmation does not authorise the vehicle to enter the apron. If collection directly at the aircraft is required, this option must be checked in advance. Until it is separately confirmed, the agreed ground meeting point applies.
Luggage and your onward itinerary
For a short business visit, one car to the office may be enough; for a family journey, space for suitcases, a pushchair or a child seat may matter more. Tell us about all the luggage that needs to travel with the passengers, not just the bags carried in the aircraft cabin.
If you need to keep the car for several hours after arrival, include this in your enquiry. For the return journey, give the airport arrival time agreed with the flight operator: we do not apply a fixed, universal rule about arriving a certain number of minutes beforehand.

No. Collecting a flight passenger and transporting an exhibition visitor involve different collection points and destinations. The airshow requires a separate enquiry naming the event, rather than an airport transfer booking.
Can I stop at my hotel before a meeting?
Yes, you can request this itinerary in advance. Provide the hotel address, your next destination and the expected length of the stop, as these determine the type of journey and its price.
