Booking
What to provide when booking a transfer to Queen Ethelburga's College
- the exact pickup address or airport;
- the campus address and school-approved drop-off;
- the date and time of the journey;
- the flight number for an airport pickup;
- any extra stop, child seat, large luggage or other important requirement.
If the booking form does not ask for every detail, we will confirm the missing information after the enquiry and before the journey is accepted.
If a child will travel without a parent or accompanying adult: Contact us before booking. The journey and any child-handover arrangements must be agreed in advance; a standard private transfer is not automatically a chaperone or unaccompanied-minor service.
Your route determines the price
The price is calculated from the exact pickup and destination, date, time and applicable charges. Enter the complete route in the booking form. Once confirmed, the price is fixed for the agreed details; later route changes, extra stops or additional waiting may require a separately agreed adjustment.
