The departure time on an international rail ticket is not the time to arrive at the station door. Does a transfer booking reserve my Eurostar train?
No. Rail tickets and the road transfer are separate arrangements. Check the train booking before setting the station destination and car collection time.
Can I be collected after a domestic train instead of Eurostar?
Yes. State the operator or service and arrival time. St Pancras is not used exclusively for international travel, so these details help identify the relevant arrival.
Will the car wait at the platform?
No. Cars cannot collect from train platforms. Follow the agreed instructions for reaching the authorised road meeting point after leaving the station's passenger areas.
What if my hotel booking says King's Cross?
Use the hotel's full street address for a hotel collection. A neighbourhood name does not mean that the car should collect from either of the two railway terminals.
Can I include a return transfer from St Pancras?
