London Airport Transfer
Harrods Aviation transfers: Luton and Stansted
For a Harrods Aviation transfer, start by naming the airport. Harrods handles business aviation at both Luton and Stansted, with separately named terminals. The driver needs the precise facility: the word Harrods alone is not a meeting point.
London Airport Transfer helps arrange the journey to the specific Harrods Aviation facility and, after arrival, to London, a hotel, office or private address. The airport name, terminal and passengers’ itinerary are recorded together.
Which terminal is named in your documents?
Harrods Aviation’s official contact details list the following facilities. Use this table to check the name, and confirm the collection point against your own travel documents.
| Name | Airport | Address reference |
|---|---|---|
| The Omnia | London Luton | President Way · LU2 9NW |
| The Knightsbridge | London Stansted | First Avenue · CM24 1QQ |
| The Brompton | London Stansted | Ninth Avenue · CM24 1AN |
The Knightsbridge does not mean a journey to Knightsbridge
In this context, The Knightsbridge and The Brompton are names of Harrods Aviation facilities in Stansted. They do not mean that the car should be sent to the London area of the same name. Equally, a journey to Harrods Aviation is not a journey to the Harrods department store.
It is better to copy the facility name and address from your confirmation than select a short matching search result. If the organiser changes the terminal within the same airport, the driver also needs the new name.
When an assistant or organiser makes the booking
Specify who will be available to discuss the schedule and who will travel in the car. If the person booking and the passenger are different people, it helps to agree in advance which contact should receive operational updates and which should handle questions about the booking itself.
For a group collection, we need to know both the passenger numbers and how the luggage is distributed. One part of the group may need a hotel and another an office. We will agree whether this should be one route with stops or several separate cars.
Road transport and aviation handling
Flight matters, aircraft handling and FBO procedures are the responsibility of Harrods Aviation and your flight operator. LAT is responsible for the agreed ground journey, does not claim to represent Harrods and does not include apron access in a standard transfer.
A time change or a switch between Luton ↔ Stansted requires separate confirmation of the road section. Even with the same operator, this is a different airport and route. Before travelling to the airport, also check the arrival time assigned for your flight.
Questions about this journey
Your homepage has one Harrods Aviation entry. How do I choose the airport?
Specify Luton or Stansted and the terminal name in your enquiry. The shared section describes the operator, but each booking always relates to a specific location.
Can I book a return collection from a different terminal?
Yes, send both parts of the itinerary with their addresses and times. Do not automatically use the first transfer’s location for the return journey: it needs to be checked separately.
