Signature Aviation Luton transfers
To arrange a transfer to Signature Aviation, confirm both the airport and the FBO. Signature operates a network of facilities; it is not an airport in its own right. We arrange chauffeur transfers to and from Signature Aviation at London Luton Airport.
London Airport Transfer arranges the road journey between the specified Signature terminal and your address. The key is to coordinate the FBO name, flight time and the place where the passenger will meet the driver in advance.
Why simply selecting “Luton Airport” is not enough
Signature’s official page lists its Luton facility as Signature London Luton — Terminal 1, at Hangar 63, Percival Way. This is the designation of Signature’s terminal; it should not be interpreted as the number of the airport’s regular passenger terminal.
Send the exact name and address from your handling confirmation. If it names a different Signature facility, do not substitute the address on this page yourself: we need to check the collection point first. This is particularly important when an assistant books the ground journey while the passenger holds the flight documents.
Coordinating information as well as the car
When booking for a business guest, it helps to distinguish two contacts: the person confirming the schedule and the person available after landing. The driver does not need to discuss the entire business trip, but must know whom they are meeting and where the road section of the journey leads.
For the collection, provide the date, flight details or aircraft registration, passenger numbers, luggage and destination address. If people arriving on different flights share one booking, make this clear: they may not be ready to leave at the same time.
From the FBO to London, directly or with stops
After arrival, you can head to a hotel, an office or straight to an event. If you need to leave your luggage at the hotel before a business meeting, it is best to agree the entire route in advance. The driver will then know about the second destination, and the price will cover the full confirmed itinerary.
For several consecutive meetings, we can consider hourly hire. For a journey to just one address, a standard transfer remains appropriate. Avoid booking a short journey on the assumption that everything else can be arranged once you are in the car.
Signature and LAT have different roles
Aircraft handling and procedures within the FBO are arranged with Signature or your flight operator. A LAT booking does not include hangar services, aircraft handling or automatic permission for the vehicle to approach the aircraft.
Before departure, ask the flight organiser to confirm when you need to arrive at the FBO. We will use that time and your collection address to plan the road journey. If departure is rescheduled, send the updated details before travelling.

Are Signature Aviation and Harrods Aviation in Luton the same place?
No. They are different operators with different service locations. Your booking must identify the exact FBO and address shown in your travel documents.
What if my Signature confirmation names an airport other than Luton?
Provide the airport name and exact facility. This page covers Luton, and its address must not be used for a different airport. Availability for another route is checked in response to your enquiry.
