We used the hourly service for a photo shoot at Big Ben, the London Eye and St Paul’s. The driver knew convenient places to drop us off at each landmark. That local knowledge was useful for the shoot.

I landed at Heathrow Terminal 5 at 11.30 pm and found the driver already waiting with my name on a tablet. The ride to Chelsea was quiet and luxurious, with clean leather seats and complimentary bottled water. A pleasant way to finish a late arrival.

After the flight, a quiet journey to the hotel in Canary Wharf was just what I wanted. The driver at London City Airport was on time and very courteous, and the car was exceptionally clean. The transfer was a welcome, peaceful part of the day.
