Our 13-hour flight from Hong Kong was nearly two hours late, so we were worried about missing the pickup at Heathrow Terminal 2. The driver had tracked the flight, and his WhatsApp message arrived as soon as we switched our phones on. He was waiting in arrivals; the comfortable ride to Paddington was just what we needed.

Our long flight from Hong Kong got delayed by nearly two hours, so I was really worried we would lose our pickup. But the driver tracked our flight into LHR T2, dropped us a text on WhatsApp as soon as we turned our phones on, and was waiting at arrivals. Super comfortable car to Paddington, couldn't ask for more after a 13-hour flight.
We hired a car with a driver for a full day of shopping around Harrods and Bond Street. Being able to leave our bags with a driver we trusted while visiting the next boutique was so convenient. It was worth the money.

Our family day out started at a central London hotel and took us to Windsor Castle and Stonehenge. The MPV was clean and the driving very careful. Pickup and drop-off were straightforward, making it a lovely family trip.

The arrangements before our Gatwick pickup were clear, and the transfer to Southampton Cruise Port went smoothly. The leather seats were particularly comfortable for the long journey. We reached the terminal right on schedule.

David met us in Heathrow Terminal 5 arrivals with a nameboard that was easy to spot. The Mercedes E-Class was spotless, and he drove smoothly through the morning traffic to The Ritz London. The transfer left a very good impression.

We booked a Mercedes S-Class for six hours of meetings in Mayfair and the City. Whenever a meeting ended, James was already waiting outside the venue. It was a very convenient way to move between appointments, and the car was excellent.
