What should I know?
We organise journeys directly with our drivers, and 90% have an established, long-term working relationship with us. Our service centres on personal attention, a collection arranged for the agreed time, a courteous and well-presented driver, and a clean, well-maintained vehicle. Learn more about our service.
Where will I meet my driver?
Your driver will meet you at the agreed time in the designated parking area or another confirmed collection point, subject to the venue’s access arrangements.
What if I am delayed or ready earlier?
Stay in touch with your driver and let them know if your plans change. A revised collection time can be agreed subject to availability and the venue’s access and parking restrictions.
