Terms and Conditions

Version dated 20 October 2026.

These terms apply to London Airport Transfer services provided by CORUSS LTD (the Company) and to the person making the booking (the Customer). Journeys can be requested through the website, by telephone or by email. Please read these terms before booking.

1. Providing the service

The Company undertakes to provide services attentively, professionally and with reasonable care and skill, in accordance with the agreed booking, applicable law and accepted passenger transport practice. Drivers must hold valid driving licences and the permissions required to carry out the journey under UK requirements.

The route, collection time, vehicle, services included, price and payment method are agreed when arranging the booking and set out in its confirmation. Submitting a request or obtaining a website quotation does not, by itself, replace confirmation by the Company. The Company provides accurate service information, necessary assistance and documents, coordinates the journey and allocates resources to fulfil its agreed obligations on time.

2. How far ahead to book

  • Transfers from an airport to London and the surrounding area must be requested at least 4 hours before collection.
  • Transfers from London to an airport must be requested at least 4 hours before the journey.
  • Transfers to an airport from areas 10–50 miles from the M25 must be requested at least 6 hours before the journey.
  • For more distant areas, 50 miles or more from the M25, the minimum notice for an airport transfer is also 6 hours. Please ask the operator which area your collection address falls within.

If you contact us after the applicable deadline, the Company must confirm whether it can arrange the journey. A late request does not establish vehicle availability and does not release the Company from obligations it has already accepted.

3. Booking details and travelling with children

Please provide the following information:

  • the passenger’s first and last name, a telephone number that will work in the UK, and an email address for confirmation and documents;
  • the journey date and time, collection address and destination;
  • for airport collections, the flight number, arrival time and agreed meeting time after landing;
  • the number of passengers and amount of luggage;
  • any child seat request and the details needed to select a suitable seat.

Please arrange a child seat in advance. Where the driver of a licensed taxi or private hire vehicle does not provide the correct child seat, UK rules allow a child to travel without one only in a rear seat: children aged 3 or over must use an adult seat belt, while children under 3 may travel without a seat belt. This exception does not replace advance arrangements for a suitable seat and does not mean that a seat is available without confirmation.

The Customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information needed for the journey and for promptly notifying the Company of changes. Information about other passengers should be limited to what is needed to fulfil the booking and supplied only where the Customer is entitled to provide it.

4. Meeting your driver and waiting time

Airport collections

The driver meets the passenger in the arrivals hall at the meeting time agreed when booking, after the aircraft has landed, with a name board showing the name on the booking. The price includes 20 minutes of waiting from the agreed meeting time, rather than automatically from the time of landing. If you are travelling in business class or have already arranged fast-track airport formalities, please tell the Company so that the meeting can be coordinated.

Stations, ports and other collection points

  • Railway station collections include 10 minutes of waiting after the train arrives at the platform.
  • Port collections include parking and 10 minutes of waiting after the meeting time agreed with the operator.
  • Journeys to an airport and collections at other addresses include 10 minutes of waiting from the collection time on the booking.

Once the included waiting time has elapsed, additional waiting is charged at the following rates in pounds sterling (GBP):

Vehicle class Per started 10-minute interval Per hour of additional waiting
Standard — Toyota Prius £7 £40
Estate — Volkswagen Passat Estate £7.50 £45
Executive — Mercedes E-Class £8.50 £50
Executive Estate — Mercedes E-Class Estate £9.50 £55
Family MPV — Ford Galaxy £9.50 £55
Shuttle Van — Volkswagen Caravelle £10 £60
Business MPV — Mercedes V-Class £11 £65
First Class — Mercedes S-Class £12.50 £75

Only time beyond the included allowance is chargeable. Each full hour of additional waiting is charged at the hourly rate for the booked vehicle class. Any remaining time is rounded up to the next 10-minute interval and charged at the 10-minute rate, capped at the hourly rate for that part-hour.

For example, 60 minutes of additional waiting with a Mercedes E-Class costs £50, and 70 minutes costs £58.50 (£50 + £8.50).

The hourly rate in this table applies to additional waiting and additional stopping time. It is not the rate for an hourly chauffeur hire booking.

Additional waiting rates updated on 22 October 2026.

These rates apply to additional waiting at airports, stations, ports and other collection points, and to additional stopping time described in section 10. If your flight is delayed or you cannot reach the meeting point at the agreed time, contact the Company to discuss the meeting arrangements and any costs. A change to the meeting time must be agreed; a passenger’s message alone does not automatically change it.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are calculated in pounds sterling (GBP, £). The agreed total includes applicable taxes, including VAT where chargeable. Please check the price and what is included before confirming the booking. Newly published rates apply to new bookings and do not, by themselves, change the price of an already confirmed journey.

The confirmed price applies to the agreed route, time, vehicle and services. If the Customer changes these details or requests additional services, the Company explains and agrees any price change in advance. Additional waiting is charged under section 4. Any additional paid parking required during a journey in London and the surrounding area is agreed with the Customer in advance.

Cash payments are made to the driver. Payment by card to the driver must be confirmed when arranging the booking. The available payment method and payment deadline are stated in the booking confirmation; other arrangements must be agreed separately with the operator. The booking form does not take an online payment.

The Company does not impose a payment surcharge where this is prohibited by law. Any lawful charge must be disclosed before the booking is confirmed and comply with applicable legal limits. Charges independently imposed by the Customer’s bank, such as currency conversion fees, are governed by that bank’s terms.

Payment and the services provided are recorded in a receipt or an appropriate Company document. Where additional services are requested, the Customer receives details of their cost and a document showing the relevant charges. Please contact the operator if you need an explanation of a payment.

6. Changing the collection time or address

Please request changes to the collection time or address:

  • at least 4 hours before a journey from London to an airport;
  • at least 4 hours before a journey from an airport to London or the surrounding area;
  • at least 4 hours before a journey to an airport from the surrounding area, except for the more distant area below;
  • at least 6 hours before a journey to an airport from an area 50 miles or more from the M25.

The Company must confirm the change. If it affects the price or other agreed terms, the operator explains this before the change is accepted. For a later change, please contact the operator: whether it can be accommodated depends on the arrangements for that journey.

7. Invoices, additional costs and payment queries

The Company may seek reimbursement of reasonable costs and compensation for damage for which the Customer is responsible under the contract or the law. Calculations must reflect the actual costs and circumstances; the same amount is not charged twice. Where an agreed additional service is charged by time, it is calculated in GBP using the time actually spent and the rate disclosed in advance, with applicable taxes.

A general Company invoice is payable to the account shown on it within 14 working days of receipt. This does not replace the agreed payment to the driver or the separate deadline for cancellation balances in section 8. For overdue sums, the Company may use lawful debt recovery procedures; additional charges must have a lawful basis.

If you dispute an invoice, tell the Company which charges you are querying and provide any supporting information you have. Please raise concerns without unreasonable delay. Contacting us more than three working days later does not remove your right to dispute the invoice or limit your statutory rights.

8. Cancellations and refunds

Please notify the Company of a cancellation as early as possible by telephone or email, identifying the booking. If a transfer to or from an airport is cancelled less than 4 hours before the agreed journey start, the amount payable or retained may be up to 100% of the booking price, but only to the extent of the Company’s reasonable direct losses caused by the cancellation.

The calculation takes account of costs saved and the opportunity to allocate the released vehicle to another customer. The Company takes reasonable steps to reduce its losses and explains the calculation on request. The full price is not automatically retained simply because the cancellation is within 4 hours.

For earlier cancellations, the conditions of the particular booking disclosed before confirmation apply, subject to the Customer’s statutory rights. Parking and additional services may be included in a cancellation charge only to the extent that the relevant costs have actually been incurred, are reasonable and cannot be recovered or saved. Unused sums exceeding the amount lawfully due to the Company are refundable. The refund process and applicable timeframe are explained when dealing with the cancellation, in accordance with legal requirements.

A cancelled booking is recorded as cancelled, not as a completed journey. An authorised member of staff explains the amount and basis of any charge, accounts for payments already received and agrees an available payment method. An outstanding cancellation balance is payable within 3 banking days of receiving the calculation. Queries can be raised under section 7. Debt recovery is pursued only as permitted by the law of England and Wales.

If the Company cannot fulfil a confirmed booking, it informs the Customer and agrees the next steps. Payment for a service not provided is refundable to the extent that the Company has no lawful basis to retain it. These terms do not limit the Customer’s other statutory rights.

9. Responsibilities of the Company and the Customer

The Company may request timely, complete and accurate information and documents needed to carry out the booking. Where a payment properly due for an earlier journey is overdue, the Company may decline a new booking until the debt is resolved.

The Customer must read the service terms and personal safety rules, provide the information required, attend at the agreed time and place, and comply with lawful safety requirements. If the Customer decides not to travel, only amounts payable under section 8 and applicable law are due.

If a breach by the Customer prevents the journey from being carried out or creates a safety risk, the Company may decline or stop the service to the extent necessary and proportionate. If the Customer fails to meet agreed timings, the Company may also decline a further booking and seek reasonable additional costs for which the Customer is responsible. These rights do not release the Company from its own obligations or automatically forfeit all sums paid by the Customer.

The Company undertakes to coordinate the service, provide necessary documents on time and deliver the required quality and safety within its responsibilities. Changes to general rates or service standards apply to future bookings; material changes to an agreed service require the Customer’s agreement. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

10. During the journey

  • Information about the vehicle’s arrival is sent by text message to the number on the booking. For collections other than at an airport, the message includes the vehicle registration number.
  • For airport collections, the driver waits at the agreed place in arrivals at the agreed time after landing, with a name board for the passenger.
  • Climate control is switched on, switched off or adjusted at the passenger’s request. Opening windows while travelling is agreed between the passenger and driver.
  • The radio or audio player is switched on or off at the passenger’s request; the radio programme can also be agreed with the driver.
  • The journey must have the driving permissions and insurance required by law, including applicable protection for passengers and liability for injury, death and damage to third-party property.
  • The driver follows the applicable road traffic rules. Passengers use seat belts as required, behave responsibly and do not put the driver or other road users at risk.
  • If the driver needs to stop, the passenger is informed when road safety permits.
  • Smoking is not permitted inside the vehicle. At a passenger’s request, the vehicle may stop in a lawful and safe place so that the passenger can get out. The journey includes toilet or smoking stops lasting up to 10 minutes. Additional stopping time is charged using the rates and calculation rules in section 4.
  • The cost of any additional paid parking during the booking is agreed with the Customer in advance.

11. Documents, feedback and enquiries

After the journey, the Company sends a document recording the services provided to the email address on the booking. If a dispute with the driver or a question about the journey arises, please contact a Company manager so that the matter can be considered.

For feedback or an enquiry, provide enough information to locate the booking: date and time, booking number, collection address, passenger’s first and last name and, for an airport collection, flight number. The Company provides a response to the enquiry within 2 banking days.
